Nifcon was established in 2007 by Nazeem Nieftagodien and provides a service for building , renovating, rentals and improving on home conditions of clients. The aim comes from helping and advising home owners on the changes they can make to their homes, within building standards.

Over 30 years experience in the building industry and studying building are utilised by the company. Previously working for Pennypinchers (now BUCO)as an external sales agent, advising clients on how and where to use products for the completion of the clients building renovations.

And greatly selling Pennypinchers materials and equipment to benefit clients in the availability of the product, to have products in each phase and step nearer to finishing.
